The real calendar was created around 1100 years ago in the first year of Yongzhen reign of Emperor Shunzong of Tang, when the imperial calendar was already used in the palace. On the first day, one page was used to record the major events of the country, the court, and the words and deeds of the emperor. The imperial calendar is divided into twelve volumes, each with the same number of pages as the number of days in each month, with each page indicating the day and date. The commonly used calendars nowadays, whether they are paper publications, mobile applications, or electronic calendars, usually contain three types of calendars: Gregorian calendar, lunar calendar, and stem and branch calendar.
