Overview of Laser Processing

Laser processing is a processing technology that utilizes the characteristics of the interaction between laser beams and materials for cutting, surface treatment, drilling, additive manufacturing, and microfabrication of materials. This course mainly introduces the generation of laser, the characteristics and features of laser, the structure of laser optical path, common methods and applications of laser processing, etc. By studying the course, lay a foundation for the subsequent advanced courses in laser processing.
